Automation

Boyce Products manufactures custom designed automation solutions from TV and Projector Lifts to Automated Door Solutions and many other custom mechanisms. We collaborate with Electro-Kinetics, which has been designing and manufacturing controlled mechanisms since 1983. In 2017 Electro-Kinetics evolved to a design only division with Boyce Automation Division bringing custom motorization designs to a finished product.

Design/ENGiNeERing

We take your creative ideas and concepts of motion and develop them into functional solutions utilizing the latest CAD and engineering software. We integrate motion into everyday life and entertainment solutions.

FABRICATion

Boyce Products fabricates various mechanisms from aluminum and steel with a variety of motor drive systems. Our process includes computer modeling, laser cutting, CNC bending and machining.

QUALITY CONTROL

We have a dedicated quality control staff and process. Since many mechanisms are custom, we put each completed assembly through a series of real-life tests of motion and load. Each assembly is videoed and photographed with full documentation of test results.

SUPPORT

We welcome installers to our facility to experience dry fit and training for installation. Boyce also provides phone support for all aspects for a project from design through installation.
