Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Machine Operator to join our
manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with
CNC machinery and a commitment to maintaining high production standards
while adhering to safety and quality protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
● Set up and operate CNC machines (mills, lathes, etc.) according to blueprints,
specifications, and work orders
● Load raw materials and perform tool changes as needed
● Monitor production to ensure components meet quality and dimensional
standards
● Inspect finished products using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers,
gauges)
● Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines
● Troubleshoot and report any mechanical or quality issues
● Accurately complete production and inspection documentation
● Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production
goals
Qualifications:
● High school diploma or equivalent
● 1+ year of CNC machine operation experience preferred (training available for
the right candidate)
● Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
● Familiarity with G-code and machine control panels
● Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
● Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
